Wireline Technologies Inc. (WTI), warrants each unit sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Every unit is manufactured in accordance with the drawings, and/or specifications called for and current on the date the order for these parts was received. WTI’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the correction or replacement of any unit which proves defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service within ninety (90) days after delivery to the first user provided, return is authorized and the unit is found to be defective by WTI’s inspection.

If components other than those supplied by WTI are used in the assembly of a WTI unit or in conjunction with a WTI unit, this warranty is limited only to the components supplied by WTI, and WTI assumes no responsibility for the performance and/or reliability of the unit as a whole. In addition, WTI assumes no liability for consequential or special damages resulting from the use of any WTI products.
